Huntsville-Madison County 9-1-1 Center is seeking a Calltaker Supervisor to oversee daily 9-1-1 Calltakers and Shift Leads. You will monitor, coach, and evaluate staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain quality and efficiency. You will also coordinate some training, perform quality reviews, and act as a resource during difficult calls. The role requires independent judgment and supervisory discretion, with two openings for day and night shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
