LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a company near Elk Grove Village, IL with a search for an accountant. This a temporary to hire role and onsite. They are looking for someone that can handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and month end close. The accountant will support the controller with special projects
Responsibilities: Review and process accounts payable Manage accounts receivable payments and aging Apply payments to accounts Ensure payment accuracy and approvals in a timely manner Discrepancy resolution Reconcile accounts Prepare journal entries Reports for month end close Ad hoc projects Requirements: Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar preferred 3 years + of experience in a similar role Work independently Ability to manage deadlines and be detailed ERP experience Comfortable with Excel Pay: $32-$38/hour Pay Details: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour Search managed by: Kellie Cory Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
