Identify repair needs and communicate findings. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential/light commercial HVAC systems. Document work in Service Titan. Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
