This role provides essential hands-on technical support for end-users, addressing software, data, and processing issues. You will be responsible for monitoring application performance, collaborating on testing strategies, and maintaining critical project documentation. This position requires a proactive individual to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams and to recommend process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $100-$110 per hour on W2 Job Summary:
This role provides essential hands-on technical support for end-users, addressing software, data, and processing issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user software, data, and processing errors.
- Monitor production applications and support new software releases.
- Document findings and coordinate responses for application testing.
- Maintain and update project and application documentation.
- Liaise between business owners and development teams for task coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and related data processing.
- Proficiency in scripting, automation, and performance tuning with Python/PySpark.
- Experience in data analysis or development with Starburst or Tableau.
