Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech-language services.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings based on student needs.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Provide consultation, training, and resources to school staff on strategies that support communication skills in the classroom.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning efforts.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and school-based regulations.
