2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Second Shift Production Supervisor (Bilingual – English/Spanish) We are seeking a hands‑on, bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead 2nd shift operations on the production floor. This individual will drive production efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and lead a diverse workforce while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets Lead, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring clear communication in English and Spanish Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines Enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols across the facility Conduct shift meetings and maintain accurate production and performance records Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating as needed Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or packaging environments Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production tracking systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Why Join Competitive salary + full benefits package Stable, growing company in the food manufacturing space Opportunity to lead impactful production operations Collaborative, team‑driven culture Second Shift is 6pm-4:30 AM, Monday-Thursday #J-18808-Ljbffr
