We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis of a fast-growing international business. This position partners closely with senior leaders across the business, providing visibility to executive leadership and opportunities to influence key business decisions across multiple countries, brands, and currencies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes
• Analyze monthly financial results and provide meaningful business insights to leadership
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and executive-level presentations
• Track key performance indicators and identify trends across international markets
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and operational efficiencies

What We're Looking For

• 4-9 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for solving complex business challenges
