Locally operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group—the team behind acclaimed restaurants like Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and Marbled & Fin—The James upholds a culture rooted in quality, service, and people-first leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Execute dishes with precision, speed, and attention to detail
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- Take pride in your work and bring professionalism to every shift
What You'll Bring:
