Clinical Liaison – Strive Compounding Pharmacy, Gilbert, AZ Position Type Full-Time Position Overview Scientific Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research, clinical guidelines, and competitive landscape in relevant therapeutic areas. Provide in-depth scientific knowledge and expertise on Strive Pharmacy's products to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analysis to support product understanding and communication. Key Opinion Leader Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, and healthcare organizations to foster collaboration and advocacy for Strive Pharmacy's products. Organize and participate in advisory boards, speaker programs, and scientific meetings to facilitate scientific exchange and gather insights from experts. Education and Training: Develop and deliver scientific presentations, educational materials, and training sessions for internal teams including sales representatives and account executives, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams on scientific messaging and promotional materials in compliance with regulatory requirements. Clinical Support: Serve as a scientific resource for healthcare professionals by addressing inquiries, providing clinical trial data, and offering expertise on product use and patient management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address clinical needs, gaps, and opportunities in the market. Provide clinical support at meetings and conferences throughout the year. Support clinical trials by educating and training investigators, facilitating communication with clinical trial sites, and collaborating with data management teams. Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including publication planning, evidence generation, and scientific communication plans. Provide insights and recommendations based on scientific knowledge, clinical expertise, and market trends to support product lifecycle management and business strategy. Qualifications Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (PharmD, MD, PhD). Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison or related role in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred. Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas relevant to Strive Pharmacy's products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to analyze scientific data, interpret clinical trial results, and communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines related to medical affairs activities. Ability to travel to trade shows and to sales representatives' territories.
