Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of outpatient treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical function, while aligning with department goals.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, coordinating care with other providers.
- Assess patients, develop individualized plans of care, set measurable goals, and document progress in the medical record.
- Implement PT interventions such as therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, and modality utilization as appropriate.
- Monitor patient responses and modify treatment plans; provide patient and family education to support continued progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure cohesive care and safety.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy; hospital-based outpatient setting experience preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; ability to participate in an interdisciplinary care model.
- Availability to work a 4x10-hour shift schedule and to complete a 13-week travel assignment.
