Senior Program Manager
As a Senior Program Manager in Revenue Operations at LaunchDarkly, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth. Your expertise in program management will be key in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across teams, and managing risks effectively. You will work in a dynamic environment where your skills in facilitation and communication will be essential for coordinating cross-functional efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into structured program plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
- Establish operating rhythms for cross-functional programs and maintain decision logs.
- Coordinate across RevOps and Field teams to clarify roles and align on priorities.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to manage dependencies.
- Run status meetings and standardize reporting across programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in Revenue Operations.
- Strong track record in managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
