Senior Residential HVAC Tech - Up to $10K Hiring Bonus

Hiring Bonus: Up to $10k hiring bonus for qualified candidates! What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, locate, and diagnose problems in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Describe assessment, repair options, and associated costs to customers in terms they can easily understand. Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning air handling systems and reheat coils, monitoring systems, and replacing filters, motors, fans, and belts. Assist with comprehensive repairs of complete systems, including controls, switches, thermostats, transformers, gauges, wiring, pumps, compressors, condensers, and piping. Install, repair, replace, or clean refrigerant lines, fans, appliance vents, smoke detectors, humidifiers, and grills. Ensure all HVAC repairs and installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet safety standards and regulatory codes. Complete all required documentation on services, recording details and explaining guarantees or warranties to customers. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC services (4+ years preferred). HVAC Journeyman License and EPA Certificate preferred. Broad experience across all HVAC fields (Residential, Commercial, Geothermal, and Hydronic) preferred. Background in sheet metal transition or building adapting preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. Physical Demands And Work Environment Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs. Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces. Ability to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
