Typical workday ends around 4:00–5:00 PM depending on service demand. As any HVAC technician knows, work is seasonal and we do all we can to keep a work-life balance for all employees during peak seasons, and find additional projects to complete during our slower shoulder seasons. Overtime opportunities may include evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. On-Call Rotation Service technicians participate in a weekly rotating on-call schedule.
