Compensation $1500 Singing Bonus, upon meeting 90-days of employment $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications. What You'll Do As an Industrial Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our production operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably by:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment and facility systems.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
• Installing, modifying, and improving production equipment to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Partnering with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Completing maintenance work orders and documenting repairs accurately within the maintenance management system.
• Maintaining compliance with all food safety, quality, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
• Supporting emergency repairs and participating in scheduled maintenance during planned shutdowns as needed.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing strongly preferred).
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge, including motors, sensors, and control components.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools, measuring equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in USDA, FDA, or SQF-regulated food manufacturing.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• PLC troubleshooting experience (not programming).
• Experience using CMMS or computerized maintenance management systems.
• Technical certification or trade school education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.

Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to:

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work around moving machinery, refrigeration systems, and varying temperatures.
• Safely use personal protective equipment (PPE) required for food manufacturing environments.
