Senior Accountant | Temp-to-Hire | $100k-$120k annual salary plus employer paid health benefits Looking for a Senior Accountant who likes variety, ownership, and a genuinely great team. I'm partnering with an impressive international research and technology organization to find a hands‑on Senior Accountant to join its U.S. accounting team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone with approximately 5+ years of accounting experience who enjoys being involved in multiple areas of accounting rather than being siloed into one function. You'll be joining a small, collaborative and welcoming accounting team where people work closely together, pitch in when needed, and genuinely value having a positive team dynamic. What You'll Do Support and execute the month-end close process for multiple companies Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts Process payroll for three companies and manage related benefits reconciliations Manage employee expenses, reimbursements and travel-related accounting Assist with annual audit preparation and requests Support general accounting activities across AP, AR, GL, payroll and sales tax Research discrepancies and help ensure accurate financial records What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Approximately 5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong, hands‑on month-end close experience Experience processing payroll - not simply recording payroll entries Solid general accounting foundation across GL, reconciliations, journal entries, AP and AR Knowledge of GAAP Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills A collaborative, flexible attitude and willingness to jump in where needed The Details $100-120k annually + employer paid healthcare (even as a temporary employee) Temporary-to-Permanent International research & technology organization This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant who wants to broaden their experience, work with a fantastic team, and join an organization doing truly innovative work on a global scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
