Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Patrol Surveillance in ALBUQUERQUE, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. - Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established facility procedures, assisting with directions and access inquiries as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
