Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step confidently into a contract Speech-Language Pathologist role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact across two elementary school communities during the 2026-2027 academic year. Your expertise will be valued in this part-time assignment, supporting students at two sites and collaborating with a dedicated SLP team. Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC required)
• SLP experience within school settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and implementing evidence-based interventions for speech, language, and communication challenges in children
• Excellent communication skills, both with students and staff
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with full-time and part-time SLPs already on-site

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted therapy services at Schickler and Lynch elementary schools, working with established SLPs to address overflow caseloads
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain compliant, timely documentation and progress reports
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other support staff, to foster students’ speech-language development
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute professional input on student progress and strategies
