divh2MDS/Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator - Marlton, NJ/h2pBalance Life Work with a New Career Opportunity/ppstrong(SHORT TERM REHAB)/strong/ppstrong(SKILLED NURSING)/strong/ppstrong(SUB ACUTE CARE)/strong/ppNow Hiring - strongMDS/Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator - Marlton, NJ/strong/ppstrongCareOne at Evesham/strong/ppThe strongMDS/Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator/strong will be responsible for, but not limited to:/polliDirect the Resident Assessment Process through assisting with the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and CAAs./liliParticipate in developing individualized resident Care Plans, identifying the needs of the resident and projected outcomes as required by Federal and State regulations./liliMDS/RAI Care Plan Functions/liliComplete nursing assigned MDS items, CAAs and Care Plans as designated by the facility./liliParticipate in the resident Care Plan Meetings./li/olpstrongPosition Requirements:/strong/pulliRN licensure in the state of practice and experience in PPS and OBRA assessments/liliPrevious experience in a hospital, long-term facility, or other healthcare related facility./liliMust be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care./liliComputer skills-Windows applications, computer experience Accu Med experience preferred./liliPrevious experience in completing MDS and Care Plans is required./lili1-3 years of MDS experience or RN with LTC experience that can be trained in assessment role/liliCan work independently/liliFlexible with schedule for month end close/liliDetail oriented and able to accurately and timely complete assessments./li/ulpThe CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
