Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Insurance Agency in Chicago 60618 (North Side), seeks a local to our office location candidate, for a “Part-Time” State Farm Associate/Agent Team Member. Again, we prefer candidates who are with a 20 minutes commute to our office. RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services. Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information. Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agent’s licensed team members. Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options. Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions. Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards. Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in using CRM software Strong written/verbal communication skills Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
