ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, knowing early on that agency ownership was always my goal. That experience gave me a strong understanding of what it takes to run an organized, productive office and how to support team members in a way thats clear, fair, and growth-focused.

Im a graduate of Lake Forest College, where I played football, and Im an avid golfer who enjoys traveling and staying active. Giving back locally is important to me, and I stay involved with area high schools, sponsor golf outings, and participate in community events like cookie walks and Snacks with Santa in the Midway community.

Our office is a close-knit, team-first environment with a very structured and intentional workday. Everyone knows what theyre responsible for from leads and calls to daily priorities allowing us to work efficiently from 95 while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. When were in the office, were focused, accountable, and committed to taking great care of our customers.

For our team, we offer 10 days of PTO plus sick time, licensing reimbursement, and a strong emphasis on balance and flexibility. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Waller - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
