Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team at our Cassville, Missouri location. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing personal care, and promoting independence and dignity for our residents. Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Implement care plans and resident-centered interventions to promote independence and dignity
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices
Requirements
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
