We are seeking a Multi-Unit District Manager to oversee high-volume locations across Upstate NY. You will drive sales, own regional P&Ls, and directly develop and build a bench of General Managers.

What We Seek:

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Corning, Syracuse, or Binghamton, NY market
• Multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required
• Proven ability to lead multiple restaurants while driving sales, profitability, operational execution, and people development
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
• Experience developing General Managers and building bench strength
