We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join a dynamic team at an acute|academic medical center in Syracuse, NY. This role involves operating a mobile mammography van, providing essential screening and diagnostic services to patients across the region.

Qualifications:
~ Education: Associate's Degree (AAS) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
~ Licensure: NYS License|Registration (or eligibility) and ARRT Certification in Mammography required
~ Experience: Minimum 1 year of progressive technical experience in mammography
~ Technical Skills: Proficiency in mammography imaging and mobile unit operations
~ Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach
~ Other Requirements:
~ Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily
~ Current CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:
~ Perform high-quality mammography screenings and diagnostic procedures
~ Operate and maintain equipment on the mobile mammography van
~ Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to protocols
~ Travel to multiple locations within NY as needed
~ Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
