About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Payer Sales to spearhead the establishment and nurturing of robust relationships with payers in the Western region. The successful candidate will be tasked with devising and implementing strategic, proactive approaches to engage both regional and national payers. This role demands a leader with a minimum of 15 years' experience in payer sales, a proven track record in driving revenue growth, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer dynamics, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements. The VP will be responsible for mentoring a small sales team, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring that all activities are in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. Applicants for the Vice President of Payer Sales position at the company should be adept at leveraging data analytics and sales enablement tools, with a strong preference for those familiar with Salesforce and GSuite.
