Thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment that values problem-solving and measurable impact.As a Sales Optimization professional in the Wealth Management team, you will own analytical problem solving across the lead-to-conversion journey and drive measurable improvements. You will use large datasets to diagnose performance drivers, define success metrics, and apply test-and-learn methods to enhance results. You will translate business needs into advisor-ready capabilities by partnering with analytics and technology teams. You will align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to deliver impactful outcomes.Job responsibilities:Diagnose lead-to-conversion performance using funnel analysis and large datasetsScope work by framing problems, sizing opportunities, and defining success measures and key metricsTranslate business needs into delivery-ready requirements for analytics and technology partnersLead delivery from build through user testing and rollout for advisor-facing tools and process improvementsAlign stakeholders by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and maintaining a clear delivery cadenceCommunicate decisions, progress, results, and tradeoffs to teams and senior leaders through clear narratives and visualsMeasure outcomes through reporting and experimentation, refine solutions based on results, and support governance and controlsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSeven years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, consulting, or product strategyAbility to analyze large datasets and use common analysis methods and tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, or business intelligence toolsExperience defining success measures and measurement approaches that connect work to business outcomesExperience translating business problems into structured requirements for analytics and technology teamsProven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and deliver outcomes without direct authorityStrong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing complex analysis into clear recommendationsAbility to manage multiple concurrent initiatives from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and iterationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor-led sales modelsFamiliarity with lead management ecosystems and customer relationship management platformsExperience partnering with data science and engineering teams to deliver solutions used in advisor workflowsExperience using test-and-learn methods, controlled experiments, or ongoing performance monitoring to improve conversion or productivity outcomesChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
