Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but open to those eager to grow their skills
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working with students from K-12 and diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s requirements
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group-based, in line with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
