Provide accurate information about insurance policies and services. Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately. Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or up‑sell additional products and services. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience required. Property & Casualty license required. Previous insurance experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
