Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Telemetry – Nights (Float Pool)

Tucson, Arizona

Schedule / Job Type

Contract – 13 Weeks | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12-hour shifts per week | Onsite | Float Pool Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Float between multiple facilities as assigned, adapting to varying unit needs and patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR (required)
• Willingness and ability to float between multiple facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a float pool environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to varying unit workflows and patient care settings
