Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Illinois SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet students’ individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop tailored therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive educational experience
• Maintain documentation and comply with all school, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning student goals
