Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and insightful therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance the efficiency of record-keeping.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community organizations to create multidisciplinary approaches to client care, which may include referral systems for adjunct services.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills and knowledge about emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Our clinic serves both adult and child/adolescent populations, allowing you to employ a wide array of therapeutic modalities tailored to each demographic’s specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience providing mental health services in various therapeutic settings.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually .
