Seasonal Tax Preparer

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Rochester office between January 2027 and April 2027. Responsibilities Prepare concise individual income tax returns. Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends. Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality. Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction. Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications At least three years experience in client tax preparation. Proficiency in ProSystem FX tax software. Compensation & Hours Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour. Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday. The role may require additional hours during peak periods.
