Job Title: Occupational Therapist OT Pay Range: $55-70/hour Job Description: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part Time or Full Time | Poulsbo, WA | 2026-2027 Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Poulsbo, Washington. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you! Job Highlights: Location: Poulsbo, WA Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting Full time or part time available Schedule: M-F for full-time; or choose your days/hours for part-time Setting: In-person, K-12 public school environment Caseload: to be discussed in interview August 2026-June 2027 Responsibilities: Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain timely documentation and progress notes Qualifications: Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate) Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Benefits: Paid Sick Leave Healthcare Benefits* 401(k) with company matching W-2 employment with general and professional liability insurance Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate between school sites Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching* *Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above, following a short waiting period Why Join Ampersand Therapy?
