About Top Shooters:
Top Shooters is a well-established, high-energy sports bar with a lively environment, full kitchen, and premium bar. We take pride in delivering fast, friendly service and creating a memorable guest experience.
Position Overview:
We are looking for personable, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting. Bartenders at Top Shooters provide friendly, efficient service, prepare drinks, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. This role involves continuous movement, multitasking, strong communication skills, and teamwork. Shifts include day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
We are currently hiring for this position.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $9/hour
- Typical total earnings with tips: often well over $25/hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area
- Assist team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow all Illinois liquor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- 18+ years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and professional
- Weekend, holiday, and flexible shift availability (as needed)
- BASSET, Food Handler, and IL Sexual Harassment certification required upon hire
