Compensation & Benefits

Your Role as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Each day brings something new. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assisting with policy updates, claims, and general insurance questions
Providing clear, empathetic support in both English and Spanish
Collaborating closely with our agent team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
You’ll be the friendly voice our clients trust-especially during stressful times-making empathy, patience, and professionalism essential to your success.
