What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you'll be an important connection between The Credit Pros and our clients, providing support through phone, email, and chat while helping resolve account questions, billing inquiries, platform issues, and other client needs.

The right person is customer-focused, empathetic, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver who can communicate confidently in at least two languages. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and chat while following company policies and established procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate assistance with account questions, billing inquiries, and platform-related issues.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused support that creates a positive client experience.
• Troubleshoot client concerns and resolve issues efficiently whenever possible.
• Escalate complex technical or account-related issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up on client concerns to help ensure timely and complete resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records during and after each interaction.
• Document client conversations, resolutions, and follow-up actions within company systems.
• Manage multiple client interactions while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
• Meet or exceed performance expectations related to quality assurance, call handling time, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Technical Support, Operations, and other teams to resolve client needs efficiently.
• Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help improve processes and the overall client experience.
• Demonstrate accountability, reliability, professionalism, and The Credit Pros' values in every interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines excellent communication skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.

• 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a call center environment Preferred.
• Fluency in at least two languages, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in each language.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms and communication tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zoho, Hodu, or similar customer service/call center platforms.
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to achieving performance goals.
