Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Agent will provide professional customer support remotely by answering calls, taking messages, and assisting callers with empathy while working a 2nd shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities: Professionally answer incoming calls for various businesses and relay information clearly Assist callers with empathy while entering information into company systems Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a positive caller experience Required qualifications: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish Strong customer service skills with a polished phone presence Dependable and punctual with strong spelling and typing abilities Comfortable multitasking while handling calls Ability to meet work-from-home requirements, including a quiet workspace and high-speed wired internet connection
