Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Assist clients with various insurance needs, including property, casualty, and life insurance products. Process policy changes, claims, renewals, and updates. Address customer questions regarding coverage, pricing, and other insurance-related matters. Proactively follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed customer service goals. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of previous experience working in an insurance agency is required. Licensing: Must hold valid insurance licenses in Property & Casualty License and be willing to get the Life License Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Technology: Proficiency in using insurance software and systems.
