Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Alex Pizarro State Farm in Round Lake is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have prior State Farm office experience and a passion for helping people, we'd love to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
• Lead and support team members, fostering a positive and productive environment
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
• Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care
• Manage scheduling, reporting, compliance, and office logistics
• Maintain knowledge of State Farm systems, policies, and procedures
• Support sales goals through customer service, retention, and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications:

• Previous State Farm agency experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership or office management experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency with State Farm systems (ECenter, SFConnect, etc.) is a plus

Compensation: $37,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We have 23 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
