Life Insurance Specialist

Andy Herrero is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Specialist to join a well-established agency in Downers Grove, IL. This is an opportunity for a motivated, licensed professional who wants to grow with an agent who has an established book of business, a warm market, and a steady flow of prospects.

What You'll Do

• Sell life insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Build trusted relationships through consultative conversations.
• Work leads from an established customer base and warm market.
• Identify coverage needs and present solutions that fit the client.
• Help strengthen long-term client retention and cross-selling opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Active life insurance licensing, or the ability to obtain and maintain required licensing.
• Proven experience in life insurance sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Someone who thrives in a setting where trust, follow-up, and service matter

Working with an agent who has an established book of business means you are not starting from zero. You will have access to a foundation of existing relationships, which can create a more productive and predictable sales environment. A warm market also gives you a stronger starting point for conversations, helping you focus more on serving qualified prospects and less on cold prospecting. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
