Alex Pizarro State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grayslake, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated individual to become an integral part of a well-established insurance agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Assist clients with various insurance needs, including property, casualty, and life insurance products.
- Process policy changes, claims, renewals, and updates.
- Address customer questions regarding coverage, pricing, and other insurance-related matters.
- Proactively follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed customer service goals.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of previous experience working in an insurance agency is required.
- Licensing: Must hold valid insurance licenses in Property & Casualty License and be willing to get the Life License
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technology: Proficiency in using insurance software and systems.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.
