Apertura Futura: Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member *This role requires bilingual Spanish* We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our high‑performing team as a Sales Professional. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Role and Responsibilities Sales and Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing connections. Product Expertise: Develop deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions. Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative sales conversations, understand customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions. Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction throughout the journey. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to success. Qualifications Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results‑Driven: Strong desire to achieve and surpass targets.
