About the Company A local, boutique HR consulting and outsourcing firm focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses simplify HR operations, reduce risk, and improve efficiency through outsourced HR services, payroll solutions, benefits administration, recruiting, and strategic HR consulting. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to expand business development efforts throughout the Greenville and Upstate South Carolina market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, building referral partnerships, and selling consultative services to business owners and executives. The position offers significant earning potential through a recurring commission model and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Prospecting Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking activities. Identify and secure new clients for HR outsourcing and consulting services. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and decision-makers. Relationship Building Develop strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs), including: CPAs Attorneys Bankers Business Consultants Build and maintain long-term referral partnerships. Sales Presentations Present and sell: HR Outsourcing Services (ASO) Payroll & HR Technology Solutions Benefits Administration Services HR Consulting Projects Recruiting Services Pipeline Management Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track opportunities, activities, and follow-up efforts. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals. Community Engagement Represent the company at: Networking events Business functions Community events Industry gatherings Internal Collaboration Partner with HR and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition. Products & Services Sold Full HR Outsourcing (ASO Model) Payroll & HR Technology Solutions HR Consulting Services Recruiting Services (Flat-Fee Model) Benefits Administration Solutions Required Qualifications Proven B2B outside sales experience. Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Experience selling to: Business owners Executives Decision-makers Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Preferred Experience HR outsourcing (PEO/ASO) Payroll services Employee benefits Professional services sales Existing network within the Greenville / Upstate business community
