Restoration Technician

Restoration TechnicianWe are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician or Associate (Trainee) Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for water and fire restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration or are willing to train for the role of Restoration Technician. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.Responsibilities:Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansQualifications:Veterans encouraged to applyIICRC certification (Preferred)Experience in cleaning/restorationCustomer service experienceValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GEDPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to identify and use basic construction toolsCompensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
