Restoration Technician
We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician or Associate (Trainee) Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for water and fire restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration or are willing to train for the role of Restoration Technician. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians
Qualifications:
- Veterans encouraged to apply
- IICRC certification (Preferred)
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to identify and use basic construction tools
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
