Position Summary The EVV Specialist performs a wide range of duties to ensure compliance of electronic visit verification with federal, state, waiver and funding agency guidelines Essential Job Functions Effectively and professionally communicate with all internal and external customers. Provide excellent customer service through quick follow-up and resolution to concerns and questions. Adhere to established Lori Knapp Choice policies, procedures, and expectations. Ensure participant/member and member hired-worker records and documentation are accessible, properly stored, and archived specifically pertaining to manual edits entered into EVV. Responsible for accurate and timely entry of manual edits entered into EVV when applicable. Familiarity and adherence to all fiscal agent and EVV policies and procedures. Communicate in a professional and respectful manner to participant/member and member hired-workers as well as funding agencies when troubleshooting or making corrections to missed EVV entries. Complete documentation and requests from federal, state, waiver, and funding agencies in a timely manner. Frequently access and verify EVV visits for participants/members and member hired-workers to assure accuracy. Attend all applicable and required EVV trainings. Adhere to a high degree of confidentiality and professional boundaries. Other duties as needed to maintain a high-quality program. Who You Are General math, clerical, data entry, and customer service. Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
