BUDGET ANALYST - OPERATIONS

About the Role This position directs and oversees financial performance and productivity for the Campus Services Leadership Team. It integrates operations, computer science, informatics, and financial systems to identify, collect, process, analyze, and manage data to drive administrative practice, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity. The role also oversees capital planning activities. Key Responsibilities Oversee capital planning activities and support building the capital budget for all areas excluding information technology. Work with Strata, the finance team, and the capital budget analyst to ensure capital workflows function appropriately. Provide year‑end estimations for capital spend and depreciation for all areas of responsibility to the finance leadership team. Manage the budget submission and budget variance reporting processes for the Campus Services Division. Support the development of individual department budgets with respective leaders during the annual operating budget build. Compile and analyze data necessary to assess the needs and costs to achieve fiscal goals. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 5 to 7 years of accounting, business operations, or finance support. Infor and Strata experience preferred. Salary dependent on years of experience and internal equity: $83,000 to $85,000.
