BMW of Peabody , part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our team as a full-time Lot Inventory Coordinator . Our ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and passionate about luxury automotives. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $22/hr.
What you will do:
- Manage and maintain lot inventory ensuring organization and cleanliness of the vehicles and lot
- Relocating wholesale and retail traded vehicles to designated areas on lot
- Performing appropriate check in and check out procedures of all vehicles
- Check in new vehicles of the delivery trucks
- Occasional deliveries of vehicles out of state
- Transporting off-brand vehicles to dealerships for recalls or warranty work to be completed
- Helping vehicle transporters with lease return pick ups
- Assist sales staff with delivering a vehicle
- Maintain the fuel level in the vehicles
- Photographing vehicles
- Rotating inventory as needed
- Transporting vehicles between locations
- Ensuring all window and lemon law stickers are placed on all new and used vehicles
- Snow removal of vehicles on lot in winter
- Other duties assigned by the management team

- Possess a valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record
