Hourly Wage & Compensation The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $21.5 - $34.5 per hour Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
