You have several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems and are comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems. You understand mechanical systems deeply, including alignment and vibration diagnostics, and you can clearly communicate what’s happening and why—both to teammates and customers. You’re someone who wants to keep learning, sharing your knowledge, and represent the values of a company that puts customers and people first. You hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license and are open to travel as needed. This role also requires participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.
