Position Overview: Our Geotechnical Engineering business unit is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including data entry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for construction management and strong administrative skills to contribute to our mission of promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship. Key Responsibilities: Prepare proposals, letters, and reports for review by Project Managers Copy, scan and file documents Assist other office personnel as directed with copying, filing, report reproduction, mailing Assist with answering phones, take and distribute accurate messages General office duties as required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an environmental or sustainability-focused organization. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
